A classic family favourite served with bananas, yoghurt and honey.
- 500 ml (2 cups) rolled oats
- 1 litre (4 cups) water
- pinch of salt
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) butter
- sliced bananas, to serve
- honey, to serve
- NutriDay yoghurt of your choice, to serve
- Place the oats, water and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Turn down the heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- When the oats are cooked, stir in the butter.
- Serve the oats with bananas, honey and a swirl of NutriDay yoghurt.
