Classic Rolled Oats with Banana, Yoghurt and Honey

A classic family favourite served with bananas, yoghurt and honey.

Serves 4

  • 500 ml (2 cups) rolled oats
  • 1 litre (4 cups) water
  • pinch of salt
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) butter
  • sliced bananas, to serve
  • honey, to serve
  • NutriDay yoghurt of your choice, to serve
  1. Place the oats, water and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Turn down the heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  3. When the oats are cooked, stir in the butter.
  4. Serve the oats with bananas, honey and a swirl of NutriDay yoghurt.
