Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Chives

Scrambled eggs are a breakfast favourite and making them with yoghurt and chives adds an extra dose of tasty to this staple.

Serves 2

  • 6 large eggs
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) NutriDay Plain Yoghurt
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) chopped fresh chives
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) butter
  • toast of your choice, to serve

 

  1. Whisk together the eggs, NutriDay yoghurt, chives, salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan then pour in the eggs.
  3. Cook, stirring regularly, until the eggs are set.
  4. Serve on toast of your choice.
