Scrambled eggs are a breakfast favourite and making them with yoghurt and chives adds an extra dose of tasty to this staple.
- 6 large eggs
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) NutriDay Plain Yoghurt
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) chopped fresh chives
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) butter
- toast of your choice, to serve
- Whisk together the eggs, NutriDay yoghurt, chives, salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan then pour in the eggs.
- Cook, stirring regularly, until the eggs are set.
- Serve on toast of your choice.
