Easy Berry Smoothies

A classic berry smoothie is hard to match. This one takes mere minutes to make.

Serves 2

  • 250 ml (1 cup) NutriDay Strawberry Yoghurt
  • 500 ml (2 cups) frozen berries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen banana
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) honey [optional]
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses or jars of your choice and serve.
