A classic berry smoothie is hard to match. This one takes mere minutes to make.
- 250 ml (1 cup) NutriDay Strawberry Yoghurt
- 500 ml (2 cups) frozen berries
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen banana
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 10 ml (2 tsp) honey [optional]
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses or jars of your choice and serve.
