This simple breakfast comes together in mere minutes, resulting in an indulgent yet healthy start to your day.

Serves 1

  • ¾ cup granola
  • 125 ml (½ cup) NutriDay yoghurt of your choice
  • 2 large or 4 small fresh figs, quartered
  • 5-10 ml (1-2 tsp) honey

 

  1. Top the granola with NutriDay yoghurt, fresh figs and a drizzle of honey.
  2. Serve immediately.
