This easy traditional Indian yoghurt drink is a super-refreshing summertime treat.
- 500 ml (2 cups) frozen mango
- 500 ml (2 cups) NutriDay Plain Yoghurt
- a pinch of turmeric
- juice of ½ lemon
- 15-30 ml (1-2 tablespoons) honey (to taste)
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in glasses topped with fresh fruit of your choice.
