Nourishing porridge is made glam with a dollop of NutriDay Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt and a spoonful of apricot jam.
- 1 litre (4 cups) milk
- 1 vanilla pod [optional]
- 250 ml (1 cup) semolina flour
- NutriDay Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt, to serve
- apricot jam, to serve
- Heat together the milk and vanilla pod in a pot over a medium heat.
- When the milk is hot, remove the vanilla pod then slowly whisk in the semolina flour.
- Whisk until smooth and thick then turn down the heat and allow the porridge to cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve the porridge with a dollop of NutriDay Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt plus apricot jam.
