Semolina Porridge with Yoghurt and Apricot Jam

Nourishing porridge is made glam with a dollop of NutriDay Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt and a spoonful of apricot jam.

  • 1 litre (4 cups) milk
  • 1 vanilla pod [optional]
  • 250 ml (1 cup) semolina flour
  • NutriDay Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt, to serve
  • apricot jam, to serve
  1. Heat together the milk and vanilla pod in a pot over a medium heat.
  2. When the milk is hot, remove the vanilla pod then slowly whisk in the semolina flour.
  3. Whisk until smooth and thick then turn down the heat and allow the porridge to cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the porridge with a dollop of NutriDay Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt plus apricot jam.
