Tropical Smoothie Bowl

All the flavours of a tropical island wrapped up in a delicious breakfast bowl.

Serves 2

For the smoothies:

  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen banana cubes
  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen pineapple cubes
  • 500 ml (2 cups) frozen mango cubes
  • 250 ml (1 cup) NutriDay Plain Yoghurt
  • 1-2 tsp (5-10 ml) honey, to taste
  • 125 ml (½ cup) coconut milk
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) cashews

For the toppings:

  • fresh granadilla pulp
  • coconut flakes
  • sliced kiwi fruit
  • nuts of your choice
  1. Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowls and decorate with toppings.
  3. Serve immediately.
